What happens when the bug occurs? Patterns with hilts are not drawn correctly.
What do you expect to see?: The pattern is displayed normally.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: Not sure
I was curious, so I tried it.
Making the gable roof 1 tile wide broke the texture.
Plain wall patterns are unaffected, but textured patterns are affected.
I don't know much about the trim on the roof, so I haven't tried it, but just in case, I will attach the one with the trim attached.
Edit & Addition:
When I checked other roof patterns, I was able to confirm this problem even on roofs other than the Half Gable Roof.
So, edited part of the template.
I was going to upload the house to the gallery, as requested by @CGrant56, but @Pick-a-boo_doo illustrated the problem perfectly. I don't mind too much about the roof trim issue if there is any, but the broken/shifted textures in one-tile gables are driving me crazy.
Thanks a lot for your support.

I noticed it only yesterday, on one of my old creation.

Happened to me today as well. It has worked in the past, so it's a newly-ish introduced bug
