How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All released packs as of 13/03/2018.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim throw a House Party.
What happens when the bug occurs? In my case, I've found eating, drinking, dancing, and listening to music at the same time are all bugged. Adding sims to a group doesn't help, nor does having the host sim perform the action and inviting others to do the same.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the party goal fulfill when the required number of sims are performing the action.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes. I was, at one point, able to complete these goals, though I can't recall how long it's been. It would have been a patch, I haven't tampered with my system for some time.
Please describe the patch or change you made. Unknown. It's been present in my game, that I've been aware of, for several months at least. (I know there was a patch that fixed it temporarily; I don't believe I was playing around that time.)
I'm having the same problem as the first post. My answers are also the same. No mod, no change made in my game. I was able in the past to coplete de "same time" goal, but not anymore. I do not know when it started not working.
Same problem. I'm a new sims 4 gamer and I have a sim who was doing a dinner party, 6 sims dancing, didn't get gold. it was a bummer!
Not only have I recently experienced this problem with two weddings, a birthday, and a house party, I also had a (different) birthday party immediately fail as it started. No joke, the party just started, guests were walking TO the door, then it said I failed the party. Three-second party fail...😬
Also, is anyone experiencing played sims not changing their outfits for the parties? Like say you have a wedding, but the played sims aren't changing into wedding and/or formal wear?
