How often does the bug occur? Every time I want to go on a date with a Sim

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your Sim use their phone to ask another Sim out on a date and go to any restaurant. When you arrive at the restaurant, go to the host podium, and request a table.
What happens when the bug occurs? The host pushes buttons on the tablet (or whatever it is) on the host podium, and then shrugs.
What do you expect to see? The host giving my Sim and their date a table
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I noticed several people who are playing the game withOUT mods and cc having this problem.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I'm not sure, as I haven't had a Sim go out on a date since before the nursery and artist kits came out.
Restaurant dates are an important aspect to my Sims game. It's easier than going to any other venue for me. What is going on with this game here?
EDIT: Also, my Sims do not own the restaurant any of the restaurants in my game. This has happened so far with two restaurants. When they are NOT on a date, I can get a table. When they are on a date, the host will not give them a table.
