    Game progress will no longer be lost when editing/adding/deleting career outfits in Create a Sim.

    Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25

I'm having the SAME issue. It used to always work but now it never does... I also dont have mods or cc. The restaurant was downloaded from the gallery.. maybe that is the issue? Idk it's super frustrating.
