[FIXED] [DO] Changing employee uniform resets progress

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Dine Out, parenthood, seasons, island living, laundry, cats and dogs, out door retreat, vintage glamour stuff, get to work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buy a restaurant. create a new menu and a new uniform. in island living town.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ive tried this with 4 different restaurants that 4 different people made off the sims library. same glitch for all of them; even when i changed almost everything about the restaurant. When you try to make a new menu, it doesn't save, it might say that you have a menu for a minute and then it will disappear; and the game says the restaurant is not functional. Also when you try to edit or make your own uniform for any employee it doesn't save. you click the + and it goes into create a sim. it doesn't matter if you make a 4th uniform or if you change one of the others, when you click the check mark, it doesn't show up/ save on the next page. As well as nothing saving...when you try to change something (menu or uniforms) and it doesn't work...the whole game glitches out. meaning...that the people who you had at the restaurant who originally had all their needs filled (green), they now are completely tired and need to go the washroom (completely red). Also sometimes one person is still there and another is gone. The time and day changes as well. i.e. i have the parents at the restaurant all needs filled and all the teens at school, at 10 am. then all the teens are home, dads somehow at home, and mom is still at the restaurant... all with needs low.
What do you expect to see? I expect the menu i create to save, also for the uniforms i create to save and show up. also when i do those things, time stops. i.e. when in 'create a sim' time stops and that is also suppose to happen when doing the menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

The only random thing; that didn't happen any of the times before. when i was trying to create the uniforms and the new menu on my latest restaurant, it did new glitches. this restaurant had originally only water and the base uniforms. anyways when i tried two times for both the uniforms and the menu, the money transfer popped up again (that popped up right when i got the restaurant: which is normal.
