[FIXED] [DO] Photo of experimental food changed (Patch 1.97.62)

This has always happened in my game no matter if I am using mods or it is a totally clean install and save. Not game breaking, but super annoying and I don't understand why it is still an issue. 

I've given up on even trying to frame the pictures

Agree; it is very annoying. They say it’s fixed, but it’s not fixed as players are still getting this one issue.

And yeah, I will give up on framing the experimental foods until this problem is fixed as well.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a photo of experimental food at a restaurant. Go home. Put the photo on the wall. It will look normal. Then add a frame.
What happens when the bug occurs? Adding the frame changes the image of the dish to a different dish. The tooltip text description doesn't change. Removing the frame doesn't fix it. Dragging the photo back into inventory displays the correct image inside the inventory, but it reverts to the incorrect image when dragged out of inventory.
What do you expect to see? The image is the same regardless of whether it's framed or not.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I acquired these photos through gameplay (taking pictures of experimental food in a restaurant), not through the debug menu.

I don't use experimental food very often so I don't know when this bug started occurring again. I just saw it in my game the other day and noticed it was an old fixed bug.

(No mods currently installed, and none ever used in this save.)

What happens when the bug occurs? When you add a frame, it is always black. Among other things, the most unpleasant part is that instead of the original photo, you get a photo of a completely different dish.
What do you expect to see? I want to see exactly the image of the dish whose photo I took, as well as different frame colors

Actually, this is not the first time my problem has come up. The first time this happened was 5 years ago. (with and without mods). I took a photo of an experimental dish, placed it and added frame. Voila. 

@happykitkatYup. Has always happened no matter what, still happens no matter what. Every once in a while I check and frame one to see if they fixed it, but nope. Just have to resign to never framing them if I want to keep the image it's supposed to be.

Just editing to say this continues to be a problem after the latest patch (I'm writing this 7/29/2024). I tested in new modless saves, and it's the same old thing, despite another thread claiming this was fixed ages ago 

This is still an issue July 30 2024. It was hard to find this thread as there are multiple others declaring that this bug was fixed a long time ago. I never attempted to collect the experimental foods until now and this bug is annoying. Even trying to replace the photos with copies from the gallery they revert to the same image if I even move it off the wall. And the only frame option is black. 

Have the same problem all the time.
