Fixed an issue in which homework assignment progression was too slow and timers might have been missing in some instances.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own and installed everything except Realm of Magic, Backyard Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, and Perfect Patio Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get two students into Foxbury university at their second semester and try to complete homework.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims look like they are doing their homework, but the gauge does not fill up in their action bar.
What do you expect to see? My sims (I have two sims at uni together) try to complete their homework during the second semester (credits 5-8) at Foxbury. They have the interaction (open book, look like they're doing homework), but the bar on the homework doesn't go up. They can't complete their homework for their classes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

The students are vampires. Both female young adults. It really is unfortunate that they can't complete their homework because they had an A GPA the first semester and now I feel like I can't play until the bug is fixed without fear of them failing their classes.
I don't have any mods or cc in my game, but I'm having the same problem with the homework in my game as well, ever since the recent December patch update. (As well as my game automatically jumping to speed x3 randomly... but that's an issue for another thread lol.)
