I have the same problem. So tired of bugs in my game ☹️

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.59.73.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? most, all except famous, island living, magic, strangerville, jungle adventure and a few stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sim do uni homework.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will sit down to do their homework, but there is no progress bar and the career tab never registers as them starting the homework. they’ll stay doing it for hours with no progress until I tell them to stop, similar to the shower bug.
What do you expect to see? Progress moving normally and homework being completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? None, never have had any on this pc.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed University.
