[FIXED] [DU] NPCs stuck as "Graduate" after graduation after moving in/playing

    Student Sims will no longer be labeled as Graduate after completing the Graduation Ceremony. Congratulations!

    Fixed in Patch 1.63.133

    Please be aware that this fix most probably doesn't affect already bugged NPCs

My issue is pretty much the same as @fancypants28   Once done with all of their classes I get a notification that graduation is going to start but my sims never go to the event nor does it even populate when i click the rebbit hole buildings. They do not move out of the dorms and it just says 12 out of 12 classes complete. They do not get their degree. I removed all of my mods except twisted mexi exception report and I still got an error. 

I have attached twisted mexi report and the last exception report.
