Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all stuff packs. All game packs except Batuu and Dream Home Decorator. No Kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Activate the party bot module on a servo.
What happens when the bug occurs? No option to access music on servo. Servo has blank "radio" in their inventory that can't be interacted with.
What do you expect to see? I expect either the music option to load, or for music to be removed and no empty radio in the servo's inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, I don't know when this started.
I"m getting multiple last exceptions related to my "party bot" servo. It seems that if you upgrade a servo to "party bot" there's an issue where the coding won't unlock a stereo option. Instead an empty stereo spawns in the servo's inventory, which can't be interacted with in any way. No musical interactions are available under the party bot menu.
I've gotten several different last exceptions, one appears to be related to loading onto the lot with the servo - since music channels are trying to load but can't. There's also some kind of "key" error trying to load the party bot music assets specifically.
I tried to attach my last exceptions and the website won't let me since it says that the content type does not match its file extension. Not sure what the fix is? The documents are over 60K characters, so can't append them below.

Edit: I should also add that I noticed a new weird issue - if another Sim in the household has the earbuds from Fitness Stuff and is using them to actively listen to a station, the Servo will have the "listen to" action active in their queue and will be listening to the music also. My servo does not have any earbuds in his inventory, and I did not ask him to listen to anything - there's no stereo on the lot at all. But he's listening to the same station as my human sim. Not sure if this is an aspect of the same bug, or a completely new one.

I have this file you shared passed on to the team right away and have also added the more info you shared in the post above.
I'm still having this error - up to date with patches. Triggers intermittently, but always triggers when I interactions menu on the servo when playing as them.
