    After switching specialization branches in a career, your Sim now earns their well-deserved rewards from that new career.

    Fixed in Patch 1.90.358/1.61

@crinrictSlightly different approach, but yes, seems to be the same problem. Thank you for noticing. Feel free to merge or delete.

    Added my "Me too"
    StrangerVille Military career.
    Advanced to top of Officer branch.
    Got Psychology degree and quit the military.
    Rejoined directly into Covert Ops branch.
    Worked up to top Sims In Black level but the career outfit for that level is not available for this Sim.
