    After switching specialization branches in a career, your Sim now earns their well-deserved rewards from that new career.

    Fixed in Patch 1.90.358/1.61

This is happening to me too. My sim got a Distinguished Degree in Drama and then after graduation, went to get a job, and the benefits for the Actor/Actress career did not show up. They did for other careers, but not acting. I can send in my save file if someone lets me know how; I don’t use any mods or cc. Thanks!
