The Community Voting Board is no longer listed as a DEBUG item, no longer has a defective thumbnail, and can be placed within the Lot.
Fixed in Patch 1.67.45/ 1.32

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EP: Eco, University, Famous?, Seasons, Pets, City, Hangouts, Work / GP: Star wars, Magic, Jungle, Vampires, Dine, Outdoors / SP: Knitting, Tiny living, Laundry, Halloween / Free stuff (holiday and guitar?)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to edit the Darby's Den. It's in the first category that opens when you try to edit the place in the usual buy/build
What happens when the bug occurs? It's just there, the big cross of a DEBUG item. But can't do anything with it. It appears to be placeable tho, but i didn't try it. I don't think i'm supposed to place a debug item.
What do you expect to see? It not being there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I purchased and installed Knitting and Star Wars and updated the base game.
There's the big ***DEBUG*** cross.
