[FIXED] [ECO] Community board is marked as debug

I agree with your comment, every Sims patch works worse I have my Sims who gets inspired starts baking a cake and leaves it unfinished. I have to take out the oven. I can't take the autonomy off either and I don't use mods. They're getting worse and worse.

me too, after buying the knitting add-on i can't find the community board

I have this problem too. And I'm builder and I like to use this item in all community lots. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I was able to replicate what you describe but also got @Bluebellflora workaround to work with no problems.

In your case, the way I got it to reproduce was by deleting the community board on one of the other versions of the lot and going back to the community space to exit.  Got the incomplete message even though everything there showed green and complete.  Saved anyway and then sent a Sim there and the lot was not fully functional.  The board was missing some of the options.  When I went to leave, I got the incomplete message again but could not edit any of the other lot versions by going to build mode, only the current configuration.  I sent the sim home and came back to the community lot in build mode and replaced the sign I had deleted earlier.  Sent the sim back in live mode and everything worked as it should

So if any of the lot versions is missing something, the entire lot will give you the incomplete message, not just the version of the lot you are currently seeing.  Actually makes sense that it works that way because if any of the versions is missing anything, the lot won't properly.

So, I suggest you take another look at all 4 versions of your community lot build and make sure the requirements are met in all 4 of them.  You are probably missing a board in one of them.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Changed lot type on empty lot from Residential to Community Space, attempt to place Community Board.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot place the Community Board. It shows up as a box with an X rather than a picture in the item menu, and cannot be selected. Item says "debug" on hovering.
What do you expect to see? The Community board item should appear correctly in the menu and be able to be placed as normal on a community space lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This worked fine until after I installed the Nifty Knitting stuff pack.

The object has been moved to debug for some reason.  You can still access the boards by using the "bb.showhiddenobjects" cheat in build mode.  Then you can select one of the other ones that show properly.  You will need to place one on each version of the lot and the red check marks should go away and the lot will save and be functional.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Specifically the bug is concerning the Community Voting Board, it's been accidentally flagged as Debug, while remaining in the actual menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Essentially, instead of the community voting board, an X Icon there instead, and it's called **debug**.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the community board.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
