    We fixed an issue where The Dew Collector was not collecting any water. Now, it will correctly collect water, and the water level will continue to rise.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,

@amanda-amethyst Sims also do freeze with this bug. The whole game freeze ectually and you can 'fix' this through press the 'M' button to travel and then cancel your travel untill it will happen again.

@Minouk92 That is not something I have experienced or seen anyone else mention. Are you sure it's from the dew collector bug, and not from a different bug or a mod? Including Better Exceptions, which will cause the game to freeze while the notification is in the process of appearing

    Very frustrating as this seems like such an easy fix (the problem has been explained in this post) and EA choose not to fix it, a bit like the "dine out" problem with staff standing outside a while back, solution was posted yet nothing done for months. So frustrating!
