    We fixed an issue where The Dew Collector was not collecting any water. Now, it will correctly collect water, and the water level will continue to rise.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

So glad I found this. I've been getting frequent LEs on a lot that has 2 dew collectors. This is the exact problem. I hope it can get fixed soon.
