Same here. They said they fixed it in this most recent patch, but it was never broken for me at all. Worked perfectly fine. Now I have to buy a new one everytime I use it!

What they meant to say was that this wasn't broken. They fixed it, now it is. You're welcome.

I can also confirm that the juice fizzing machine is working fine for me after the Jan 16/24 update. I tested with my mods folder out and in an existing save; Along with moving my mods folder out, I deleted my localthumbcache file and repaired my game after the update.
I did buy a new juice fizzer as my sims didn't already have one, but to test, I had them use the juice fizzer a number of times, then reloaded the lot in two ways, 1) by saving and quitting my game and then reloading the household and 2) by having my sims travel off lot and back over the course of two sim days. It continued to work throughout it all.
Best regards,
Jennifer

Same, before the last patch, it was somewhat working 50/50, sometime I would get the bug where it is stuck and not interaction possible other than clean, sometime it would come back to normal and I would be able to use it. Now after the patch, I cant even use it, i tried to travel and come backs, reload, nothing work.

The worst part of it all is that I, as a consumer, am no longer looking forward to what the new update will bring. Unfortunately, I'm always afraid of what will go wrong again. And that is very sad, very sad. ☹️
