[FIXED] [ECO] Fizzing Station blocks after picking up juice

I've made/modified Community spaces in Evergreen Harbor before, including placing Juice Fizzers. I've never had an issue. This time, I've spent a few hours working on one I planned to share, but the juice fizzers are driving me nuts. Every time my sim visits, they show full, as in collection ready, but I can't clear them. I can go into build mode and replace them but that is only a short term/one visit fix, as they do the same thing if I leave and come back, restart game, etc. Has anyone else had this happen, and/or know of a fix? It's very frustrating. FYI, game is fully up to date, and yes I have mods, but the problem persists even with mods unloaded. Any help would be appreciated. To reiterate, the little screen on the fizzer shows green, with ready checkmark. Right clicking to reset does nothing.
