after the update Jan 16, 2024, the fizzing machines started working -

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Allmost all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Vote on a community space to become a maker space. I did this for the Waterfront in Port Promise (Evergreen Harbor)
What happens when the bug occurs? The Juice Fizzer can't be used because it is stuck on 'ready'. You can't click on it. It has been used by NPC sims but can't be scrapped like the fabricator or the woodworking table.
What do you expect to see? To be able to reset or empty the juice fizzer.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
That's how mine looks too. It's stuck at "ready" and I can't even click or interact with it. It's just decoration at this point!
