[FIXED] [ECO] Fizzing Station blocks after picking up juice

Not only is the fizzing station a mess, but my Sims will randomly get the juice fizzing skill bar above their heads and then it won't go away. Traveling and resetting do not work. I can leave the game and come back in, but it only comes back at some point during game play. I'd have to logout and login so often. The skill bar isn't moving as if they're gaining skill. They aren't doing the juice fizzing interaction either. Just hanging out telling jokes, possible baking, playing a video game and... voila, there it is.
