Fixed a crash that occurred when loading some households

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for First Pet Stuff and Toddler Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to open a saved household.
What happens when the bug occurs? If I click on a family to load the save or try to move the household, the game shuts down completely. Game allows for building, but not Live mode.
What do you expect to see? Game shuts down completely. No more error message.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. June 3 update, game began crashing. Updated with June 4 update and problem fixed. Installed Eco and game crashes.
