Fixed a crash that occurred when loading some households

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions:Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island living, Seasons, Cats, and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work. Get Famous, Game packs: Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat. Jungle Adventure, Parenthood Stuff Packs: Moschino, bowling Night, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Laundry Day, Luxury Party Vintage Glamour, Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio, Romantic Garden Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Toddler Stuff Free Stuff: Holiday Celebration Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Started happening with the new patch + after downloading eco-lifestyle pack. Happens when loading households in multiple save files I can load the game, then select the house. Push the play button and the game begins to load. But will immediately crash without loading the household. (Note I can go into CAS on manage world and everything loads fine)
What happens when the bug occurs? Either it crashes completely or a box appears that says: The game failed to load: Error code 109:812fe7cb:ceb204aa. It is recommended that you relaunch the game. with an OK click button. It then is at the town select screen.
What do you expect to see? The household to load
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After patch 1.63.133.1020 or downloading eco lifestyle ( I did both at the same time so can't pinpoint the exact problem) this issue started happening.
Any ideas on what may be causing this error code. It is quite disappointing to purchase a new expansion and not be able to play it ;(.
