Fixed a crash that occurred when loading some households

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.26
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After loading the save file, it won't load any households. It loads the world map but not households.
What happens when the bug occurs? It immediately crashes and gives error code
What do you expect to see? It gives error code CE-34878-0
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I uninstalled my game and reinstalled the game and game packs. It still won't load any households. It immediately crashes and give the error code CE-34878-0
This is one of my legacy saves that I spent over 300 hours playing since February. It was fine after I updated. But it started to have issues after the emergency patch for both consoles and PC/MAC. I am able to load my worlds but not load any households in my save file. As soon as it opens it gives the error code CE-34878-0. I tried trouble shooting by uninstalling my game and game packs. I
re-installed both the game and game packs but it's still having the issues loading the households. I am able to play all of my other save filed except this one. Please help !!!!
Yes it started as soon as I installed Eco Living pack
same here too Bridleton Bay not loading on largest lot either crashes when you go to manage worlds.
