[FIXED] [ECO] [GTW] [CD] [DO] Business breaks Lot with Modern Develop

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a store in Port Port promise and open a retail store.
What happens when the bug occurs? The world breaks; the surrounding areas around the lot disappear and everything looks like its floating in the sky
What do you expect to see? The world to not be floating in nothingness
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloading Eco Lifestyle

Happens every time I open the store. The surrounding areas of the lot disappear. The lot basically looks like its floating in mid-air. Surrounding areas are just as bad, see pictures.

    @itsjoemybro Sorry, didn't really check the pics yesterday.

    Did you put a restaurant (or other business) there and have that open ?

    @crinrict I have discovered that the road always disappears when the vets is opened (Sorry if I forgot to mention that it was a vets) and the problem persists until you leave the lot and come back again.

    Update to this topic, I repealed the Modern Development N.A.P. and the void still shows up. Thought that would fix it but apparently not :/

    Re: ECO/Retail/NAP, the action plan to clean the ground does make everything disappear. I also have a funny addition where no one will shop because they are ALL too tired. They just get a sleep thought and turn around. 

    All sims packs owned up to Snowy. We tested on 3 different machines. The set up doesn't seem to matter. You can go in totally fresh, vanilla, with only base/eco/GTW, and it will vanish when they enact clean up.

    Evergreen Harbor’s peace has been restored: roads and parts of neighborhoods no
    longer disappear or turn blue when businesses open in Port Promise while the Modern
    Development N.A.P is active.

    Fixed in Patch 1.77.131/1.44
