[FIXED] [ECO] Insect boxes cause issues on cypress grove in Willow Creek

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I've installed all of the expansion packs, all of the game packs, and all of the stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the cypress grove property, place an insect box and instruct your Sims to fill it up.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims can't get to the box, something seems to be in the way.
What do you expect to see? That the Sims can reach the insect box so that he can fill it up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

For a long time I have been playing a family there who filled an insect box with maggots. After the patch, I'm in the game and the maggots were looked after and fed by my Simin. A few hours later the box was suddenly empty. At first I thought I had clicked on empty, but after a few tests that was not the case. I couldn't fill the box with any species of insect!

What have I done, repaired the game, deleted cache files, traveled to other property where it turned out that the boxes could be filled with insects. So I thought that my self-built house, which is on the cypress grove property, is faulty. I uploaded it to the library, leveled and placed the lot, but the error persist. Then I leveled the property again and just set up the boxes. Error still remains! The boxes can no longer be filled!

Then I removed all mods, repaired the game, deleted cache files and started a completely new game. I'm with the Spancer family, who normally live on the property in question. I set up the boxes and the mistake remains! Even this family cannot fill the boxes with insects. The property that I tested and also in my other savegames where I have insect boxes, everything works. Only the cypress grove property, there after the insect boxes have been emptied by magic, boxes can no longer be filled with insects.

Had you moved to Cypress Terrace in Willow Creek and found you couldn’t really do
anything there? We fixed the routing failures and interaction failures on the Mitey-Mitey
Home - Insect Farm.

Fixed in Patch 1.77.131/1.44

Yes, I tested 5-6 properties and it works very well. In 4 other save games from me, there are also insect boxes but not on the cypress grove property and the boxes can also be filled there.

Have you tried turned testing cheats on and resetting the bug boxes on that lot?
And, If you would like, I am willing to test the lot. If you will upload it to the Gallery and post here when you've done that with the lot name, I will download and test it to see if I can spot anything that might be causing the issue or find a way to fix it. If you don't want to do that, that's fine.

I tested this and got exactly what you did in a vanilla test game, 2 of them in fact. And I have come to the conclusion that something is not right with the lot itself when it comes to the bug boxes.
During my testing, I found some strangeness with the lot elevation compared to the surrounding world but flattening, bulldozing or using the terrain tools made no change in regard to the boxes. I tried with multiple sims and on multiple levels of the house and the boxes would not work anywhere on the lot. I have never seen anything like it. And I only found it with this one object which worked perfectly fine on every other lot I tried. Every other object I tried worked fine.
I also tried bulldozing the lot then going to Manage Households and then back to the lot and tested. And then saved and exited the game, reloaded and tested again. Still got the error in both cases. The reason I tried that is because that lot uses the curved porch sections and those act very similar to platforms. If you delete a platform, they still leave some type of residue behind that prevent you from placing anything in the tiles where they were. The workaround is usually to exit the lot and come back. I have tested issues with those porch sections before too. But not in this case. I still got the errors.
After testing this in a vanilla game, I then went to my main save where I use mods and cc. In my main save, I have played that lot extensively and it has 4 bug boxes on a basement level, 2 stories down where the garden is. The last time I played the lot was not too long after SE but before Paranormal and the kits. What I found when I got there was that the bug boxes were all empty and that no sim in the household could access them. They all got the routing error. I am pretty sure that when I last played the lot, that the bug boxes had bugs in them, but not absolutely certain of that since it's been awhile. I also checked a few other lots where I have them and they all worked fine.
So in the end, something has changed that has caused the bug boxes to not work on this one lot. So since the bug boxes work everywhere else, it has to be something with the lot itself that prevents the bug boxes from working there.
You can disregard what I posted earlier. I tried resetting and it doesn't work and since I have found what you did on my Cypress Terrace lot, there isn't any need for you to upload yours.
Sorry I can't help you fix this in your game but I hope that what I have related here helps get the issue fixed.

@CGrant56 Thank you for testing and for your answer. Yes, I reset the boxes, but it didn't work. As you already wrote, it's because of the property itself. And as you also mentioned, when I came into the game the boxes were suddenly empty. My teenage girl took care of it for a short time and then suddenly the maggots were gone.
I even reloaded an older save where the maggots were still there, but just to see what happened and I could watch them disappear by magic.
I also play several households, but no random, I have a separate save folder for each household, I got used to that in Sims 3 because there were always problems with too many saved games.

@crinrict Only with the boxes. I can send the sims right in front of the box, as soon as I click on "fill up" the sims waves his arm. It seems to me that the box can no longer be used for this property. Because everything is normal on other properties.

I was able to duplicate this on PS4 and PS5. Bulldozing the terrain solved the routing issues with the insect boxes. I did not test the bee boxes.

Routing Error on loading the lot, for all boxes.

Lot Terrain Post bulldoze, the boxes worked after a terrain bulldoze on PS4/5 every time.

@crinrict It only affects the boxes from eco, the beehives are fine.
