Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Meet NPCs in live mode. You may see this happen when sims passively come over to your home or out in public.
What happens when the bug occurs? NPC's whip out a clay blob and mold it into something, often times leaving it behind on the ground or on my sims lot.
What do you expect to see? Clay blob's should not be this common of an object to see while playing, it should also never be left behind.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I probably have about 10 hours of gameplay with my current household. NPC sims who I have either invited over or are passively walking by/around my lot are OBSESSED with the clay blob. It almost seems like every NPC owns a clay blob and will whip it out randomly to mold it into something. My household has 2 clay molds on the lot because of visiting sims leaving them behind.
In another save file where I have significantly more hours of gameplay, there are clay blobs laying on the ground outside of the bounds of my property. Must be a new tiktok craze or something for these sims lol!
