Fixed a rare issue where the Eco Inspector would still issue fines to Households that had upgraded their appliances.

I have this, too, but realized recently that I hadn't upgraded my computer to be eco-friendly. I haven't played long enough since to get another bill cycle, but... is your Sim's computer upgraded?
As far as I'm aware they have upgraded everything. The computer, fridge, oven, tv, etc. If it can be upgraded they have upgraded it.
Sorry for the delay, I haven't been able to play for a while. So I played the neighbors house, took out everything that is considered an appliance except for the computer (which is full upgraded except for the fuel cell) and the N.A.P. said they were not in compliance.
What are all the things that need to be upgraded to avoid fines? I have upgraded the stove and fridge and I don't have a computer. The weird thing is that when I hover over the fridge I see a title that says Eco, but not with the stove. However if I click upgrade on the stove there is a check mark beside the eco upgrade.
