    • After enforcing regulations with the Landgraab Power Company, power on a Sim's lot will no longer be unexpectedly shut off when bills are paid in full.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

I am also stuck in that no power returning loop.  When I open my game, i have power.  When i visit another lot and return, no power.  If I save and then reload, power is back.  At least until I go visit someone again.

This was my experience as well. Frustrating to always have to exit the game just to get power back.
