    • After enforcing regulations with the Landgraab Power Company, power on a Sim's lot will no longer be unexpectedly shut off when bills are paid in full.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

This cheat loot.apply_to_sim loot_Utilities_PowerShutoff_False works until I leave the Sim's apartment. As soon as I return to the lot that has this problem, the apartment is without power again.
Also, the cheat doesn't work right away, on the first try, but I first have to modify it to have an "invalid value for...", and only then does it work.
