    • After enforcing regulations with the Landgraab Power Company, power on a Sim's lot will no longer be unexpectedly shut off when bills are paid in full.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

I experienced this bug in november, been a bit lazy with replying and sorry for that.

I can confirm what some others have noticed and I know how to not get this bug. It is about the BUFF that you get that screws it all up.

The power shuts off and you get an orange buff with a triangle that says power outage. The buff will last 48 hours and your sim gets frustrated or something. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THAT BUFF, DO NOT LEAVE THE LOT. Originally, my sim attented a party somewhere else and while I was at the other lot, the buff ended. Which I guess meant that the power issue was resolved for that particular lot? Just my assumption here. Hence the game sees it as never restored on home lot. I tried many things but the power would not return! I ended up going back in to that safe where I received the phone call/buff and just stayed at the home lot for the remainder of the buff. Then it ended as I was on the home lot and PROBLEM RESOLVED!

Of course not a bug fix, but if you are really frustrated like I was, I think this is your only solution.
