    • After enforcing regulations with the Landgraab Power Company, power on a Sim's lot will no longer be unexpectedly shut off when bills are paid in full.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

This is a "Shelf issue" for me.  I am so fed up with it (I just paid my bills AGAIN without the power coming back on), that I am tempted to just quit playing for good (and that includes buying more expansions).  This is a 4th generation playthrough which I now have to walk away from and try a new family.  If the power is off there, too, I am done until it gets fixed.

[EDIT] The work-around of relaunching the game each time you leave the lot is annoying, but at least it works.  I can continue the saga of my Sims family.  Please, please, please patch-fix this.
