    • After enforcing regulations with the Landgraab Power Company, power on a Sim's lot will no longer be unexpectedly shut off when bills are paid in full.

    Fixed in Patch 1.106.148/1.91

I have this bug too. It’s affected a whole apartment building in San Myshuno, despite it being just one apartment who received the phone call.

My workaround is that I save and go to manage worlds each and every time I come back to my apartment and the power is off. It’s really annoying though, I shouldn’t really be having to do that.

    Same problem on my machine. The bug resolves on restarting the game but then reappears instantly when my character visits another lot then comes back home.
