What happens when the bug occurs? Sim constantly ending tasks to go practice programming, even when autonomy is turned off for selected sim
What do you expect to see? Sims should not stop tasks to go practice programming
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Started playing discover university with same sim I used before, bug didn't start until after she went to university in her dorm, bug stuck after she graduated and is back in normal housing in San Myshuno

As for what's happening is this is a byproduct of the Tech Support N.A.P. It may be enacted in either your neighborhood or one you've visited. In this case it sounds like the one your University is in. Sadly there is a bug that applies all enacted N.A.P.'s to places you've been to you and the NPC's around you.
