[FIXED] [ECO] World looks like under water/no ground (Build mode from map)

I have the same issue. Like in the screenshots posted before, some textures are missing, when you enter die ECO Worlds from Manage World, which gives this underwater impression. I noticed it when I wanted to place a store on one of the lots in my new safe file, while playing in the world everything is fine though. I moved a household there to see if they would have any issues and could play and build without any map glitches. 

I‘ll check if the map in Manage Worlds changes once one of the Development plans which modify the neighborhoods are active, as what I described above happened in a world no sim had yet visited.
