    Lots in Evergreen Harbor should now have some proper ground beneath them when accessed through build mode and the world should not look like it's underwater any longer.

    Fixed in Patch 1.84.171/1.52

Happens to my game as well after the recent update.

If I go directly to Build Mode on any Lot from the Evergreen Harbor Map (at the START of the game), the entire area surrounding the Lot is like "flooded with water."

Going into LiveMode with any Sim seems to fix the glitch after that. But it only fixes the neighborhood that my Sim is in, for eg. Port Promise. The other two neighborhoods are still "flooded with water" in Build Mode.

    Yes, visiting each neighborhood once in live mode seems to fix the textures and the worlds look fine if you enter the lots from manage worlds afterwards. Even if your Sim isn‘t currently in the neighborhood.
