Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EP01 to EP10 both inclusive, GP01 to GP05 both inclusive, SP03, SP08, SP09 and SP16
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start a brand new game and create any random Sim in CAS. 2. Place that Sim into any world EXCEPT for Evergreen Harbor. 3. After the game makes you enter live mode with your newly created Sim, save the game and go to manage worlds. 4. Enter the "Evergreen Harbor" world in Map View and then enter free build mode for any lot in the "Grim's Quarry" neighborhood (Stonestreet Apartments and Rockridge Springs tested). Ensure that no Sim has travelled to that neighborhood while you were playing that Sim and do not play any sim in that neighborhood. I.e. it's the first time loading the neighborhood in game, and you did so by going to build mode in the neighborhood.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "floor" of the neighborhood is missing and what fills the floor is a picture of the sky's bottom instead, as shown in the picture attached. The floor renders properly again whenever one enters the neighborhood in live mode with a Sim that is being played.
What do you expect to see? An actual floor or ground for this neighborhood when building in the neighborhood.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure
