Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select "Manage Words". Choose Evergreen Harbor from Eco Living. Choose a lot and edit it via "Build Mode". The game will load into your chosen lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? When in "Build Mode" via "Manage Worlds", the paved grey roads are replaced with a blue color. Some of the grassy areas does this, too.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a normal world. The lot and surrounding lots (either costume or real) sit atop of blue squares.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I can't be exactly sure, but I believe this happened after the July 27, 2021 update. I removed all my CC, deleted my cache and repaired my game. It didn't work. So I deleted my entire Sims 4 folder and started over from scratch. Still the same glitch.
Why does Evergreen Harbor have so many blue squares when in Manage World? It's as of there are holes in the neighborhood.
