As you can see, the terrain/ground around the lot is missing. I had this with another lot in that world as well. Mods are all diabled and I started a new save file. It still shows up. It's not always the same lot. I also tried repairing and reinstalling the game. Non of it worked. How can I fix this?
@HighlandGaming Please clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair again, just to be thorough. Then try playing in a clean user folder, just as a test. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you have the same issue in a(nother) new save.
If you do, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also post a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings. You can put the game into windowed mode, then hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the portion of screen you want to capture. Click the Windows notification in the lower right corner of your screen (you might need to minimize the game to see it) to bring up the screenshot, or just open Paint and crtl-V to paste.

Thank you for helping!
The only world that seems to be affected is the Eco Living world Evergreen Harbour. The rest seems to be fine. Emptying the cache didn't help.
Here are the ingame graphic settings and the dxdiag:

@HighlandGaming Since the issue is limited to the one neighborhood, it sounds like this bug:
If you're sure you don't see the problem anywhere else, let me know, and I'll merge your posts with that thread. Please also click Me Too on the first post on page one.
I did want to say though that the driver for your graphics card is a bit old. I don't think that's the issue, but given that a couple minor errors in your dxdiag might be related to the driver, it's worth updating. You can get the newest Nvidia driver here:
