    Lots in Evergreen Harbor should now have some proper ground beneath them when accessed through build mode and the world should not look like it's underwater any longer.

    Fixed in Patch 1.84.171/1.52

I also have the same problem. I went back to a save i made around june 2021, just to check. And this world looks bad. It happens when i load a lot straight from Manage Worlds to build. When loading a family and go to build mode, it looks fine.

My older saves are not affected.

I had the one mod i had removed before testing this.

@StuffedKittie Same here. When I go into a family then enter build mode, it's fine. It's only entering build mode directly from the neighborhood view.

    I also have the same problem in Evergreen Harbour (Old and new saves) I bought Eco Lifestyle yesterday
