    Lots in Evergreen Harbor should now have some proper ground beneath them when accessed through build mode and the world should not look like it's underwater any longer.

    Fixed in Patch 1.84.171/1.52

I hope I'm replying to this correctly as I've never posted in any forum or thread before. 

So, I was led here by @EAHelp on Twitter as I also have the same problem. I opened origin, waited for the updates to finish, then went into a lot to start building, and all of the landscaping and terrain outside of the lot has disappeared. It has never acted this way until the Spa Day refresh update this morning. Refer to the two pictures for reference. 

I own every pack apart from Journey to Batuu, and only own the Country Kitchen and Bust The Dust kits. 

My mods and CC were obviously disabled at the time due to the update, so I know it's nothing to do with them.

Any help would be appreciated.
