    Lots in Evergreen Harbor should now have some proper ground beneath them when accessed through build mode and the world should not look like it's underwater any longer.

    Fixed in Patch 1.84.171/1.52

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I Have All Expansion Packs. Dream Home Decorator, Strangerville, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat Game Packs. Moschino, Fitness, Romantic Garden, Spooky, Perfect Patio, Paranormal, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Movie Hangout, Cool Kitchen Stuff Packs. And Holiday Celebration Pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Eko Lifestyle Build Mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Water Exists But The Ground Is Gone Around The Plot.
What do you expect to see? The Ground That The Sims Walk On, Not The Sky.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It Happened After The Spa Update A Few Days Ago. I Have Tried To Update The Game A Few Times, But It Didn't Help.

Hello.

While the team investigates this issue, here's a possible workaround:

Try going into Live Mode once in Evergreen Harbor, then saving the game.  The issue may no longer occur on that save after that.  If you decide to play a New Game afterward, you may need do these steps again for the bug to go away again.
