What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I load any lot in Finchwick (Gnome's Arms or residential) I am taken back to the Manage Worlds screen with a card that says "The game failed to load. Error code: 109:e56fc6bb:703c3d50. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." I have deleted all my CC and mods, deleted localthumbcache (and other cache folders), and gone to previous versions of my saved game. When I load an older save, I will be able to visit a lot in Finchwick at first, but after some gameplay and leaving Finchwick, I get the same "crash" when I try to return to Finchwick. This happens whether I am playing a household that lives elswhere and just visiting Finchwick or if I try to play a household that lives in Finchwick.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play lots in Finchwick neighborhood.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated the game yesterday 12/5/23 and the problem started today.
