Fixed Error Code 109:e56fc6bb preventing some households from loading for Simmers who do not have Get Famous installed

- When I try to load my household (lives in university housing), it pops up with this error code and recommends to relaunch game but issue repeats despite restart. If I ignore the restart suggestion I can still play.
- The play button rarely works. (Pause twice to play works all the time so not a major issue) but also means the 2x and 3x speed doesn’t work, which makes the day very slow!
- Acts as if my sim is the landlord- have to pay bills and rent money goes to my sim.
- Locked doors don’t work all of the time, for example a sim can get into a locked room and then it starts working so they can’t get out.
- Every time I leave the lot and go back to her university house it gives the error code again and returns to world view. Again can be ignored and luckily saves the game!
Edit: Also having issues with NPC/Roommate sims resetting in the middle of tasks- they’ll pick stuff up and then reset so it’s left on the floor, or start fixing things and reset just before they finish so it isn’t fixed.
