[FIXED] Error code 109:e56fc6bb

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.21
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Realm of Magic, Island Living, Seasons, Cats and dogs, City Living, Get together, Get to Work, Vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably at the University, when trying to change to different lots.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error appears at the University game. "The game failed to load. Error code: 109: e56Fc6bb: 59efc8af. It is recommended that you relaunch the game". So, this appears sometimes when I try to go with the sim to different lots in the University, and the game gets blocked. I was wondering why this is happening and how this error can get fixed.
What do you expect to see? As said above, a table saying about the error and that is recommended to relaunch the game, and then it starts to get blocked. So, the game do not put the sim into the lot, but stays in the neighbourhoods menu and then you need to try again. As well, an interrogation appears in the sims actual lot, like something wrong is happening with this concrete lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I'm not sure about it, but EA modified some things in the game. So the game upload these changes and it is from there that this error is happening.
