[FIXED] Error Code 123:4a01697a / Welcome Wagon LE

    Loading into your home lot should greet you with your household and not error code 123:4a01697a:4adea999; prepare to accept the Welcome Wagon neighbors to your home.

     

    Fixed in Patch 1.102.190/1.82

I just managed to replicate this error on a new save myself, and it seems to specifically be an issue with the PreWelcomeWagon situation (which is the situation that spawns in neighbor sims prior to the welcome wagon event starting); if you save the game while this situation is in effect (before the welcome wagon event itself starts), you will get this error when attempting to reload the lot. However, I've found that you can load into a different household, then switch back to the original one and it should load, as the situation doesn't get saved when you switch between households. This error also seems to occur with certain welcome wagon type events you may get occasionally in Sulani (such as the Extra Food event); but again, it's only if the game is saved right before the event starts. If the event has already started, the error won't occur from what I've found.

    @thunder11433That would make sense because the household it happened with me on was the only household I play with in... you guessed it, Sulani. Thanks for your input. So it's definitely a bug in the game. Hopefully it gets acknowledged and fixed.

      Just started getting this error tonight as well and im also playing with a family in Sulani. My sister did also a day before me and has her family in Sulani. Never had this happen before.

    @thunder11433 thank you for this, playing with a different family in the save for a bit before returning to the 'affected' household completely worked for me! I'm so relieved I haven't lost this family, blooming Welcome Wagon!
