I did the both. I didn't do the wedding.
After the game update, I initially didn't encounter any issues while playing. However, a few days ago, I noticed that NPCs were disappearing during gameplay. After a series of troubleshooting steps, I discovered that it might be an issue with the game save. Even after removing mods, the problem persisted, but new save files worked fine.

Please describe the patch or change you made. No changes has been made to my system, however, I have never had this issue prior to the hot fixes released after Lovestruck

I just had the same issue trying to go to the Calico Club Lounge in Brindleton Bay, even though I was able to have a wedding there earlier in this save.
It's the same save I had error code 0 in, so its very annoying

Yes, but I can't make them split up and move out.
In the mobile interface of this family in The Sims, there's only an option to move, not to move out from the household.
If this is the problem, I don't know how to reduce the number of people in the household in this situation to fix the problem of NPCs disappearing.
