    • Inspired sim will no longer mix drinks excessively.

    Fixed in Patch 1.112.481/2.05

I just sell the drinks by dragging them to the sell thing in the sims inventory. But it is annoying that the sim is doing it so much that I'm starting to think about selling the bar.
