[FIXED] Excessive phone calls asking to have babies

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.57
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have multiple played households including one married couple
What happens when the bug occurs? When I’m playing other families in my rotation, the same person will call over and over again asking if she should try for a baby with her husband even after I’ve said no multiple times
What do you expect to see? The phone call to stop once I say no, or at least not another phone call for a week or so
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest neighbourhood stories patch

I’m not sure I can share my save file with you because I’m on console and I don’t have a usb stick or anything to share files

It’s not giving me the option to fill out the answers for starting a new topic for some reason so I’m sorry about that but I’m on PS4 so no mods and I’m on the latest patch.

I’m getting excessive phone calls from family members. Specifically the “we’re thinking about trying for a baby” call.
I have said no MULTIPLE times and she’s called me 3 times today to ask the same question over and over. It’s the same sim and she’s calling multiple family members (I play rotationally)

Family members will now call your Sim less often to ask their opinion about trying to have a baby (Instead, they’ll just hear the news from their chatty aunt)

Fixed in Patch 1.96.365/1.71

@SimGuruRitzy Hi, no it’s not that issue. It’s just the same phone call over and over asking if she should try for a baby. Even when I say no, she will call back and ask the exact same question a few hours later.

@SimGuruRitzy My Sim is in college and her mom calls her everyday it seems to ask if her and her husband should try for a baby. I always tell her no but she keeps calling. I like that we get these calls but not over and over again lol. Also a PS4 player here.

I've noticed that Sims who are Family-Oriented are particularly obsessed with babies, which makes a certain amount of sense. That said... any time I'm not playing the main household in one save the family-oriented Mom will just HOUND us asking if she should have a baby. I always say yes and she never does.

@xochiquetzl_xkvn Yes! My sim is family oriented too! Maybe that’s what triggers the constant phone calls. Perhaps it needs a bit more tuning

Same issue. Son called his dad at least 4 times and I said yes each time.
Both he and his husband are Family Oriented, as well.

The mother of the Sim that calls all the time (I just made a stupid funny video about it) has hounded my Sim everyday since she first got to University. I'm 95% sure her mom isn't family oriented tho. Her dad calls sometimes but he hasn't asked about it yet so it's odd it's just the mom. I should double check to see if she is family oriented.
