Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at Get Famous gameplay systems, specifically the Phone Fanatic quirk and whether or not it is being applied to all Sims due to another current issue with all sims being 4/5 star celebrity
What happens when the bug occurs? Every sim is constantly checking their phone
What do you expect to see? Less compulsive behavior exhibited by those that were not instantly famous before 1.90.358.1030
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have also had this issue when a Sim really needs to go to the bathroom and they are doing the pee dance while looking at their cell phone. It's weird looking and unnatural.
I honestly think this issue may be related to Get Famous gameplay systems. There is a celebrity quirk called "Phone Fanatic" that may be incorrectly being applied to all Sims, due to the other Open Issue with All Sims are Suddenly Famous.

Quirk description:
"Celebrities who are Phone Fanatics are addicted to checking their phones. Whenever they have spare time, you'll likely find them tapping away at their phone's screen. Occasionally, they'll become Tense if they haven't been entertained by their phone recently."
Note that I have not even activated SocialBunny, and have been actively avoiding it since of major crash issue I reported with it.
