Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? playing the game and make sims interact with each others.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every Sims look/browse their cell phone at each sentence when interacting with one another. Before, after each sentence.
What do you expect to see? I want them to stop reaching for their cell phone every millisecond
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since the latest July 2022 patch to prep for high-school years
So, the cell phone used to be quite annoying to me and often out of context, it would also often break conversations. I never understood why it was programmed this way. I searched extensively for ways to deacivate the cell phone (not just the ringer), but it seems that there are no such option sadly, it would be soooooooo great if there was ...omg. And it has gotten way worst after the latest patch, now they look and text/browse all-of-the-time! As if looking online for the answer to each question asked by other sims. It's out of control. Before, they used to make all kinds of weird gestures looking at each others while in a convo, and nodding/laughing for 5-10+ minutes (in real life) before finally answering, as if they were stuck, but now they are looking at their cell all of he time, it's totally weird and ruins the immersion. Note that my sims do no have the (cell obssession perk), one of the Get Famous most annoying perk.
